Understand booking and payment boundaries

External booking records are for organizing purchases made with a supplier and do not collect payment. For an eligible concierge-managed booking, Travel Mood may provide a secure hosted Stripe checkout link after the booking terms and amount are ready. Pay only through the displayed checkout flow. A request or proposal is not confirmed until the booking status says so, and you should never send card details, passport images or other highly sensitive information in concierge messages.
