What the 24/7 concierge add-on includes

Silver, Platinum, Gold and Family Concierge each include their listed concierge features without an add-on. Standard concierge chat does not require 24/7 coverage.

The optional 24/7 concierge add-on is a separate annual upgrade for round-the-clock service availability. Annual add-on prices are Silver €280, Platinum €260, Gold €200 and Family €300. It is not available on Free or Bronze. Family coverage is shared with eligible household members through the organizer's subscription.

The add-on changes service availability, not whether a supplier can fulfill a request. A concierge request, message or proposal is not a confirmed booking, and supplier availability is never guaranteed. Sign in to manage the add-on from Plans.
